DFT has solved the problem associated with short-lived check valves in boiler feed service applications. Featuring the DFT model WLC® BF, a severe duty wafer style check valve built for longevity, it outlasts other valves 2 to 3 times longer.
The WLC BF comes standard with WC9 body material, a one-piece ribbed body design, and welded disc and stem.
Additional severe-duty features include 410 trim, Colmonoy Coated Stem, and Carburized Bushings. Custom sizing is available for low-flow applications.
As with all DFT check valves, this silent check valve reduces the potential for reverse flow and water hammer and is designed for long life and low maintenance.
